Bobby Sarnevesht

CEO, Executive Chairman, and owner

Bobby Sarnevesht, the CEO, Executive Chairman and owner of Triller. He is a tech and finance entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience.

Sarnevesht, who began his career as a developer at IBM Global Services, has launched and sold several companies of his own, including MemoryMedia, a recordable CD media company and MyHomey, a real estate agent discovery and homebuyer platform that gives users real estate services on-demand.

Sarnevesht led the acquisition of Triller and its multiple subsidiaries, including the successful social media and music app, a TikTok competitor, focused on artist and music discovery and groundbreaking AI technology.

Paul Kahn

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Paul Kahn has served as Triller’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since January 2021. Prior to joining Triller, Kahn was the Chief Financial Officer of Warner Chappell Music and sat on its Finance Transformation Steering Committee. 

Before that, Kahn spent two years as Senior Vice President of Viacom (NASDAQ: VIAC) and six years as Chief Financial Officer of EMI Music North America. He was also Chief Financial Officer of Primedia’s Business Information Group and General Partner of Himalaya Capital. 

Kahn began his career as a Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young. He holds a BS degree from Binghamton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Prem Parameswaran

President & CFO

Prem Parameswaran is the President and CFO of Triller. He joined the Company in May 2022 as President of Corporate Finance and was named the President and CFO in February 2023.

Parameswaran has been in media, entertainment and technology finance for over 30 years. Prior to joining Triller, he served as CFO and President of North America for Eros International, a leading company in the Indian film entertainment industry. Parameswaran also served as the Global Head of Media & Telecommunications of the Investment Banking Division at Jefferies & Company, Inc., where he advised clients on international telecommunications, media, and technology transactions.

Additionally, Parameswaran oversaw media and telecommunications for the Americas at Deutsche Bank and has also held leadership positions at Goldman Sachs and Salomon Brothers. During more than two decades of investment banking, Parameswaran executed over 300 transactions with clients in the media and global telecommunications space, including mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, and public and private equity and debt financing.

Parameswaran was nominated in 2019 and subsequently sworn into the Presidential Advisory Commission for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders under President Donald Trump, where he was the only Indian American appointed to the committee. He received both an MBA and a BA from Columbia University and recently served on the Board of the Alumni Trustee Nominating Committee. Currently, he serves on the boards of the Columbia Business School Program for Financial Studies Board and KARE Partners (a private healthcare company).

Joseph Smarr

CTO

Joseph Smarr is Chief Technology Officer at Triller. Previously, he was a Principal Software Engineer at Google, working on Natural Language Understanding for the Google Assistant. 

Before that, Smarr worked on Google Photos (co-creator of its stories feature) and was a founding technical lead of Google+. And before that, he was Plaxo’s Chief Technology Officer, where he led their initiative to open up the social web. He has served on the Board of Directors of the OpenID Foundation and OpenSocial Foundation.

Steve Pamon

President, VERZUZ

Steve Pamon is the President of Verzuz. In that capacity, Pamon leads an executive team across all aspects of the global business, including overseeing marketing, programming, production, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Prior to his role at Triller, Pamon served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Beyoncé’s musical imprint, artist management, business ventures, and film production company, Parkwood Entertainment. 

Prior to his tenure at Parkwood Entertainment, Pamon was the Head of Sports and Entertainment Marketing for JPMorgan Chase. Before joining JP Morgan Chase, he was the Vice President of Strategy and New Business Development for the National Football League.

Pamon has received two Emmy nominations, two Grammy nominations, and is a Grammy Award winner for the Netflix music documentary “Homecoming” and a Peabody Award winner for the visual album “Lemonade” on HBO.

Kosta Jordanov

FOUNDER, TRILLERTV POWERED BY FITE​

Kosta Jordanov launched FITE (now TrillerTV powered by FITE) in 2016 and sold the business to Triller in 2021, joining the group to run its video streaming business.  

At Jordanov, Kosta built the leading digital pay-per-view platform with over 10M users and 400+ content partners and streamed the world’s largest PPV events driving tens of $ millions in revenue per event.

David Feldman

Founder & President, BKFC

For the last 29 years, David Feldman has promoted and marketed professional boxing all over the world. A former professional boxer, based out of Broomall, Pennsylvania he is currently the founder and President of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. He is a graduate from Temple University, with a major in criminal justice and a minor in business. Through his years of experience he aspires to continue to innovate the combat sports industry.

Feldman has helped navigate BKFC to the second most viewed combat sport promotion in the world. He has led BKFC to where it is now known on a worldwide platform as the “Fastest Growing Combat Sport Promotion”. Feldman was just named to the top 5 entrepreneurs to watch in 2024-USA Today.

Mark Carbeck

Senior VP of Finance and Investor Relations

Mark Carbeck has served as our Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations since February 2023 and as our Secretary since July 2023.  Prior to joining us, Mr. Carbeck served as Chief Corporate and
Strategy Officer at Eros International Plc, where he managed the investor relations and group M&A functions, from April 2014 until June 2022.

Mr. Carbeck also served as a director in Citigroup’s investment banking division in London, where he led the media and internet franchises for Europe and the MENA regions within the technology, media and telecom division, from January 2008 until October 2012. Mr. Carbeck holds a B.A. in history from the University of Chicago.

David Tetreault

President, Triller Fight Club

David Tetreault is the president of Triller Fight Club. 

Before joining Triller, Tetreault served as the Chief Business Officer at Golden Boy Promotions where he developed and launched Golden Boy Media and Entertainment. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of iHeart Media and led the day-to-day operations for business affairs finance, marketing, programming distribution and content acquisition.

Tasha Nikpey

Chief of Staff/Head of Partnerships

Tasha Nikpey comes with over 22 years of experience in operations, hospitality, international expansions and startups. 

During her time as VP of Operations at Sbe, Nikpey managed over 150 hospitality startups from start to finish in multiple cities such as Los Angeles, Dubai, Vegas, and more. She helped brands like 1 Hotels, Soho House and Madera Group become some of the fastest growing hospitality brands in the U.S.

At Triller, Nikpey injects her vast knowledge and expertise alongside Triller’s CEO, uniquely positioning her as a strategic leader and executor of multiple aspects of the operation, with oversight on talent, music, broadcast, business development and human resources.

Jared Augustine

PRESIDENT OF TRILLER ONE

Jared Augustine is a multi-exit entrepreneur with 20+ years of leadership experience in the emerging technology, creator, and sports industries. He is the co-founder of creator companies Thuzio and Julius, which were acquired by Triller in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Augustine also co-founded Knights of Degen, a web3 sports and gaming company, in 2021.

Prior to his most recent experience, Augustine was part of the founding executive teams at Group Commerce and SeamlessWeb (now Seamless/GrubHub), where he led market expansion efforts and helped to grow the company from its early years as a regional business to an international industry leader.

Augustine graduated from the University of Delaware in 2003 with a degree in finance.

Daniella Gallego

VP of Marketing

Daniella Gallego has led digital strategy, communications and marketing for some of the world’s leading brands, including 1 Hotels, Ralph Lauren, Dream Hotel Group, Estée Lauder Companies, and Canyon Ranch, among others.

With over 20 years of global digital marketing experience and a strong network across various industries including hospitality, beauty, fashion, travel, and entertainment, Gallego has led Fortune 500 companies to build high-performing marketing teams, campaigns, and product innovation.

Gallego holds an M.S. from Columbia University in New York in Marketing and a B.A. from Boston College in Communications.
