Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Senior Associate supports social media, email, and web initiatives, analyzing data, and making improvement recommendations. This role demands a mix of creativity, strategy, and analytics, with a strong grasp of platform dynamics and audience engagement.
Essential Duties:
- Execute social and email programs to boost following, subscribers, and engagement.
- Data Reporting:
- Weekly team meetings: Present social media data, focusing on key KPI changes.
- Monthly and quarterly: Provide comprehensive app data reports, comparing follower counts, content posts, and engagement metrics.
- Post-event: Deliver reports with vital insights and recommendations.
- Work with the Sr Director Growth Marketing on a digital performance dashboard.
- Assist in crafting campaign recommendations for enhanced ROI and lower CPMs.
- Provide support for global localized social accounts.
- Assist Social Media Manager in post scheduling and content creation.
- Manage and update media kit quarterly.
- Perform other necessary tasks.

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up, entertainment, or media company
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and collected in high pressure situations
- An understanding of current social/digital platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Ability to multi – task and prioritize duties
- Possess good understanding of web, social, and talent & creator landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Slack.
- A commitment to excellence and a deep belief in diversity and collaboration
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day
- Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
