Director – Sales Strategy

Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 a year

Job Description:
As a Director of Sales Strategy at Triller, you’ll oversee the sales strategy team and focuses on lead-generation efforts for the entire sales organization. You’ll develop and implement lead generation strategies, manage Sales Strategists, and collaborate with the Head of Sales (East & West) to ensure alignment with overall sales goals. Join sales calls and be comfortable pitching and speaking to the more intricate details of the campaign.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Manage a high-performing Sales Strategist team.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics for lead generation activities.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales (East & West) to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Strategists to optimize their performance.
  • Regular meetings with Sales Strategists to discuss strategy, performance, and goals.
  • Collaboration with the Head of Sales (East & West) on sales planning and resource allocation.
  • Interaction with the Brand Strategy and Sales team to establish brand messaging in outreach campaigns.
  • Ongoing communication with Head of Sales East & West to provide insights on qualified leads.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up, entertainment, or media company
  • 10+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or Sales Strategist
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and collected in high pressure situations
  • An understanding of current social/digital platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Ability to multi – task and prioritize duties
  • Possess good understanding of web, social, and talent & creator landscape
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • A commitment to excellence and a deep belief in diversity and collaboration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day
  • Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
