Sr. Director – Subscription Growth

Job Description:
Triller is seeking an individual to head up the effort to increase sales of TrillerNet subscription content offerings. The individual will have substantial experience driving the adoption of digital entertainment subscription products.

Essential Duties:

  • Scale existing channels and identify development of new opportunities for growth
  • Report on and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and testing
  • Create custom segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize user acquisition, conversion, engagement, and win-back opportunities
  • Develop triggered & lifecycle strategies on a personalized level across email marketing, mobile programs and eCommerce campaigns
  • Be an authority on copy and design, leveraging data to drive fan engagement, loyalty and lifetime value
  • Innovate on how we connect with urban music and sports fans and delight them at every touchpoint with personalization and tailored flows
  • Build a high performing marketing team and mobilize them to execute on your vision while supporting them achieve their other product goals
  • Develop and own a quarterly campaign calendar outlining retention-oriented communications and programs across channels
  • Deploy scalable A/B testing to extract maximum ROI from marketing communications
  • Understand campaign performance data, mine for member insights and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay on top of latest email, push and SMS trends to implement
  • Other duties as required

Skills:

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and collected in high pressure situations
  • An understanding of current social/digital platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Ability to multi – task and prioritize duties
  • Possess good understanding of web, social, and talent & creator landscape
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Slack.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to excellence and a deep belief in diversity and collaboration
  • Possess positive attitude, sound judgement, and top-level professionalism
  • College BA or 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Previous work for a talent agency, Social Media company or similar talent management experience preferred
  • Entertainment/Startup experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day
  • Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
