Sales Strategist

Job Description:
As a Sales Strategist at Triller, you’ll be the bridge, the first step in creating lasting relationships with brands, and witness firsthand how your work amplifies brand voices and sets cultural trends in motion. You’ll dive deep into leveraging strategic outreach strategies that drive brand meetings for our sales team. Our ideal candidate is a go-getter looking to launch or grow their career in sales. You’ll be dedicated to generating qualified sales opportunities for our Sales Directors. You’ll operate with integrity, accountability, and diligence as you identify and activate potential partnerships within target accounts.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate seamlessly across multiple business units to implement an impactful lead generation plan, surpassing activity quotas.
  • Employ strategic strategies to secure brand meetings and enhance overall brand presence.
  • Research roles and companies to identify leads that would thrive with Triller.
  • Source contact information on prospects using our sales tools (training will be provided).
  • Update CRM with prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects and serve as the key initial contact point between leads and Triller.
  • Schedule discovery calls with Brands, coordinating with sellers on calendar availability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, share results, and plan next steps.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product, influencer marketing industry, and sales approach.
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up, entertainment, or media company
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm and collected in high pressure situations
  • An understanding of current social/digital platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Ability to multi – task and prioritize duties
  • Possess good understanding of web, social, and talent & creator landscape
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • A commitment to excellence and a deep belief in diversity and collaboration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day
  • Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
