Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager, Production focused on Web3 inclusive of MetaVerse, NFTs and other digital products to join our Broadcast and Events Production team. You will need to be highly organized, keeping internal and external tasks and milestones on schedule as well as develop and maintain budgets. Ideal candidate should have a full knowledge of production, broadcast, event and Web3 workflows and as well as being an adaptable creative thinker. Experience working on several projects and with several stakeholders at a time. Comfortable working under tight deadlines, have excellent organizational and time management skills, comfortable taking direction and feedback, adaptable to shifting priorities, and work with equal effectiveness both solo and as part of a project team.

Essential Duties:

• Collaborate with Web 3 product, design and engineering teams to define project scope and create a plan to execute with highest quality on time and in adherence to product release cycles.
• Maintain and prioritize over-arching product release roadmap and ensure that features, enhancements, and bugs are clearly specified.
• Manage communication between cross-functional teams across the globe.
• Demonstrate high levels of flexibility and collaboration to get the job done
• Manage the QA/Testing process to make sure the projects are flawless prior to going live
• Responsible for leading the research and development, with the Triller Web3 team, for all production.
• Make all the financial arrangements required to secure the chosen vendor or partner for the production process to begin
• Take care of all formalities (legal and financial) concerning the production process, so it moves ahead without any stoppages
• Create the project & production schedule & timeline including maintaining the key dates, milestones and informing all production team members accordingly
• Create a production budget including the expenses for everything right from the personnel, locations, and the equipment used
• Interact with the internal and external partners regarding the budget and keeping them informed about the financial viability of the project
• Solve any production issues regarding the location, personnel and/or software to ensure a fast-paced and efficient production process
• Be able to solve any issues regarding the personnel, location, or equipment used in the production process
• Manage inventory of production equipment and maintain relationships with suppliers if extra equipment is needed
• Prepare the daily production report detailing how the day’s production process went and suggesting any changes or improvements that can be made to improve efficiency
• Work in collaboration with the producers to prepare a shooting schedule based on all the key members involved
• Assist in the recruitment process for crew members and stay in constant communication with them to provide constructive feedback
• Scout locations for the shoot and prepare availability reports
• Other duties as required

Skills:

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up, entertainment or media company
• Experience supervising teams of up to 5 team members
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high pressure situations
• An understanding of current social/digital platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Ability to multi – task and prioritize duties

• Possess good understanding of web, social, and talent & creator landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Slack.
• A commitment to excellence and a deep belief in diversity and collaboration
• Bachelors’ degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day
• Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
