Account Executive – Sales & Growth

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90067
Team: Sales
Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 a year

Job Description:

This person will be client facing and a member of the Triller Sales organization. You will manage a book of 30-45 large accounts across multiple verticals such as but not limited to: Beverage and Alcohol, Auto, Finance, Insurance verticals. Creativity, organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude will be crucial for success.

Essential Duties:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to cultivate new business opportunities
  • Create sales presentations that show case Triller’s unique value proposition
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
  • Develop strategies for fully integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends and extrapolate business strategies based on the available data
  • Update clients on new Triller events, activations, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams to maximize the ROI of different Triller sponsored and organized events
  • Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Manage multiple project timelines and resources to deliver successful campaigns
  • Use independent judgment to assess client needs, maximize sales and adjust client portfolio as needed
  • Immerse yourself in the evolving social media and influencer landscape
  • Understand business operations and the priorities driving C-Suite decisions
  • Other duties as required

Skills:

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinking and strategist
  • Experience in social media or digital advertising
  • Experience working with influencer marketing programs a plus
  • Knowledge of programmatic media buying a plus
  • Ability to multi – task and prioritize duties
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and individually
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Slack.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • College BA [Business Administration, Marketing, Sales…or related field]
  • Previous work for a talent agency, Social Media company or similar talent management experience preferred
  • Entertainment/Startup experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day
  • Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment
  • Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
